Happy Sunday Folks!!  We're back on track in the world of Ocho-rific! 

I had to take a bit of a hiatus to work out some kinks on a few projects while I was off from the "day job" for a few days in a row.  That also gave me a great opportunity to work on things with the Ocho-rific Song o the Day and I can tell you that we have some very groovy and mind boggling things coming up!!

I think any music fan is familiar with the jest of the story of Rick Allen, drummer of Def Leppard. 

I learned many new tidbits while watching a BBC documentary the other night and a few other goodies I found on the grand ole YouTube.  I didn't realize that Rick Allen was only 15 years old when he joined Def Leppard.  That ... by the way ... was on this date in 1978. 

This Song Went to #1 on American, British, AND Australian Charts in 1981!

Good Morning and Happy Monday Folks!!  There's not much time for a note this morning, but I would like to thank the new followers and subscribers that were picked up over the weekend!!

I'm sorry y'all had to wait until 10:30 am on this ... it was actually done last night and I tried to jot my opener before I went to bed; but sadly ... had nothing really to say because my brain was fried from working on websites and pics and such all day.  Lots of good news on that front later though .. :)

We All Want It, We All Need It & Usually It Seems We Can't Get It

Happy Saturday to you each and every one!  It's been quite a hiatus ... about 10 days, I guess.  It's been nearly full of overwhelming stress and complete chaos for me ... but I hope it's been the most delicious ten days of your life! :)

It has actually allowed me to spend some time on the creative end of all things Ocho-rific and some wonderful progress is being made ... and very inexpensively, which is very, very good for me. Stay tuned for details on that .. if you care ...  :)

I'm running a little behind this morning and I couldn't find a difinitive release date on today's song.  If the info I've come across is correct though, this song was used in the movie Harold and Maude in 1971 and wasn't released as a single until 1984!!!
