Good Morning and Merry January 2nd!
In addition to "writing ahead" on the "meat" of the posts, I'm attempting when possible to coordinate my blogs with events in history so that we can all have a bit of a learning experience too because learning is fun!!! - :) - You're welcome :)

Join the Coffee Achievers! - 1984
I have an intense love of coffee, java and all things related... Therefore I was ecstatic to find this little gem from 1984...
From the Wiki... "The Coffee Achievers" was an advertising campaign launched by the National Coffee Association in the 1980s, urging Americans to drink more coffee.
The television ads featured celebrities such as David Bowie, Heart, actress Cicely Tyson, actress Jane Curtin, author Kurt Vonnegut, then-Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Ken Anderson, and rock group ELO, and used ELO's song "Hold on Tight."
The campaign's tagline was "Join the Coffee Achievers!"
